Service Agreement for The Inner Circle: 12-Month Mastery Pass

Provider: American Wealthness, Inc.

JD Hardy, IHP, Founder

1. Overview

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which American Wealthness, Inc. (“Provider”) will provide services to the Client under The Gemi Counsel: Mastery Pass.

2. Services Included

The Provider agrees to deliver the following services as part of The Gemi Counsel: Mastery Pass:

- Access to The Inner Circle: Full and uninterrupted access for one year.

- Discounts on Physical Goods: A 15% discount on all physical goods and lab kits in the Biohack Rehab store.

- Coaching Discounts: An automatic 25% discount on all one-on-one coaching sessions with JD Hardy, IHP, and eligibility for exclusive community challenges providing discounts of up to 50% off coaching.

- Exclusive Savings: Access to exclusive insider savings and first access to deals from American Wealthness, Inc.

3. Term of Agreement

This Agreement will commence on the date of payment and will continue for one (1) year.

4. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay a one-time fee for the Mastery Pass. Payment is due upon acceptance of this Agreement and can be made via the available payment method.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- The Client may cancel this Agreement within a specified number of days of acceptance for a full refund.

- After this period, the payment is non-refundable.

- The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client fails to adhere to the terms outlined herein.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

- Actively engage with the services provided and participate in the community.

- Communicate any concerns or issues regarding the services promptly.

- Abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. The Client acknowledges that results may vary based on individual circumstances.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State].

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and negotiations.

10. Amendments

Any modifications to this Agreement must be in writing and communicated to the Client.
