This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on [Effective Date], by and between American Wealthness, Inc. ("Company"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, and the client ("Client"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Client will receive services and products from the Company.

 1. General Disclaimers

Personal Responsibility: The Client understands and assumes all risks associated with using the information and tools provided by the Company and is solely responsible for their own health and well-being.

No Guarantees of Specific Results: The Client acknowledges that results from the program are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and other factors.

2. Scope of Services & Product Details

Included in the "90-Day Ignition Kit": The "90-Day Ignition Kit" includes the following components:

- Physical Components: One (1) book, one (1) workbook, and Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs).

- Digital Components: Access to one (1) audiobook, founder commentary, and membership in the "Stay Addicted Community."

Duration of Access: The Client will receive lifetime access to the digital course materials and 90-day access to the community and CGM app.

 3. Payment & Refund Policy

Full Price of the Kit: The total cost of the "90-Day Ignition Kit" is $997.

Payment Plan: The Client may choose to pay via a payment plan of three (3) installments of $397, billed every thirty (30) days.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the high-cost physical kit and immediate digital access provided, the Company maintains a strict "No Refund" policy. The Client acknowledges and agrees to this policy prior to purchase.

 4. Intellectual Property & Terms of Use

Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audiobooks, books, and workbook content, are the intellectual property of American Wealthness, Inc.

Prohibition on Sharing: The Client agrees not to share account logins and will not engage in the illegal sharing, copying, or reselling of any course materials.

 5. Community Guidelines

Participation Rules: The Client agrees to adhere to the following rules while participating in the "Stay Addicted Community":

- Treat all members with respect.

- No spam or self-promotion is allowed.

- Confidentiality must be maintained.

Removal of Members: The Company reserves the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines, at its sole discretion.

 6. Confidentiality & Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services or products. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the Client's use of the services or products.

 8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
