All course materials, video lectures, facilitator scripts, trademarks, logos, audio tracks, and written copyā€”including Designed, Not Engineered, Stay Addicted, The Vault, and The Command Centerā€”are the exclusive intellectual property of American Wealthness USA.

  • B2B Licensing: Accredited partner licenses grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to deploy our curriculums to assigned seat blocks.
  • Prohibition: You may not record, duplicate, resell, redistribute, or white-label any portion of our platform or proprietary content without explicit written consent from American Wealthness USA.
  1. Payments, Licensing & Subscriptions
  • B2B Licensing Fees: Partner licenses, seat allocations, and keynote add-ons are billed according to your selected agreement.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the instant digital delivery of course access, intellectual property, and proprietary leader resources, all digital purchases, seat licenses, and subscription fees are final and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Wealthness USA, its founders, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, our platform, biometric hardware, or educational programs.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
